Knot Folio ("Knot Folio", "we", "our" or "us") provides software for photographers and photography studios including lead management, quotations, invoices, contracts, payment tracking, client communication and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations. We use your information to provide and improve the Knot Folio platform, authenticate users, generate business documents, process subscription payments through Razorpay, provide support, secure the platform, detect abuse, and operate WhatsApp-enabled features.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform

Where enabled by your subscription, you may connect your own WhatsApp Business Account or use supported messaging features provided through the platform. Messages are intended for legitimate customer communication such as quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, payment reminders and project updates. Users are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Knot Folio may provide AI-powered features through OpenRouter and compatible model providers. AI-generated content should be reviewed by users before sending to customers. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of business documents and communications.

We use SSL/TLS encryption, authenticated access controls and reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to help protect information. While we strive to secure our systems, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
