Knot Folio ("Knot Folio", "we", "our" or "us") provides software for photographers and photography studios including lead management, quotations, invoices, contracts, payment tracking, client communication and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations. We use your information to provide and improve the Knot Folio platform, authenticate users, generate business documents, process subscription payments through Razorpay, provide support, secure the platform, detect abuse, and operate WhatsApp-enabled features.
Where enabled by your subscription, you may connect your own WhatsApp Business Account or use supported messaging features provided through the platform. Messages are intended for legitimate customer communication such as quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, payment reminders and project updates. Knot Folio may provide AI-powered features through OpenRouter and compatible model providers. AI-generated content should be reviewed by users before sending to customers. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of business documents and communications.
